Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
Most Thread Theory Studio products are customized or made to order. Our standard processing time is 7–14 business days before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout. Large, bulk, highly customized, or specialty orders may require additional time. Any different turnaround time will be communicated before the order is finalized.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush service is not guaranteed. Please contact threadtheorycustomstudio@gmail.com before placing an order that is needed by a specific date. An additional rush fee may apply. Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten production time.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been completed and transferred to the carrier.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Thread Theory Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated timeline and available options.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Address corrections must be requested within 12 hours of purchase by emailing threadtheorycustomstudio@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows that your package has been lost, damaged, or delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly. We will assist with the carrier’s claim process when appropriate.
Orders damaged during shipping must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the packaging, and photographs of the damaged item. Resolutions will be determined based on the circumstances, carrier investigation, and applicable law.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
At this time, orders placed through our website ship within the United States only.
