Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All Thread Theory Studio purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, color preferences, or customer-entry errors.
Because customized and personalized products are created specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase by emailing threadtheorycustomstudio@gmail.com.
After the 12-hour window, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Changes that affect the design, garment, materials, or production requirements may result in an additional charge.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, initials, dates, wording, sizes, colors, placement selections, and other customization details before submitting an order.
Thread Theory Studio is not responsible for errors that appear exactly as entered or approved by the customer.

COLOR AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Colors may appear differently across screens and devices. Minor differences in garment color, thread color, design placement, or product dimensions are not considered defects.
Garment availability may vary by brand, color, and size. We will contact the customer before making any material substitution.

OUR ERROR OR A DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or incorrectly customized item because of an error made by Thread Theory Studio, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the full item and the affected area
If we confirm that the problem resulted from our error, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as repair, replacement, store credit, or refund. We may require the original item to be returned before completing the resolution.

NORMAL CHARACTERISTICS
Small variations caused by fabric texture, garment construction, embroidery production, or handmade finishing are normal and do not automatically qualify as defects.
